Krazy Mall Exchange and Returns Policy
Krazy Mall only accepts returns if the product you received is damaged, missing items, or is different from what you had originally ordered. When this is the case, you have to make a video of the parcel as soon as you get it and notice any issues. If the parcel is damaged or harmed in any way you need to immediately make a video of it and send it to us. This is a crucial step in ensuring you get a satisfying experience. Krazy Mall highly recommends that you record a video of opening the parcel for safety and security reasons.
If you got exactly what you ordered but still want to exchange it due to not liking the product or simply changing your mind, we have no policy to accommodate that.
Conditions for Exchange
You need to immediately contact Krazy Mall’s customer care if the parcel or product you got has a defect, is damaged, or is not the same as what you ordered. You must request a return within 7 days of delivery. Here’s a breakdown of the things you have to make sure of before starting the return process:
